Ordering processing 

All ANTD pieces are made to order. Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed it is then sent of to production. 

Production typically can take up to 7 days but mainly ships the next day then takes 3-7 or 7-10 days to arrive. 

production may take longer during collection launches, busy periods or public holidays.

please not that production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping and delivery times 

We offer shipping to the UK and selected international destinations, depending on product availability and shipping options available at checkout 

Delivery times below are estimates provided by the manufacture and begin after fulfilment and dispatch.

International express - 5 days average: up to 7 days for 95% of shipments 

Special line - 10 Days average; up to 15 days for 95% of shipments 

Special line pro - 7 days average; up to 10 days for 95%of shipments 

Standard shipping - 25 days average; up to 30 days for 95% of shipments 

Availability of shipping methods varies by destination, product and fulfilment location. these are the manufactures general published estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping cost 

Shipping cost are calculated based on your delivery address, the products in your order, package weight and the shipping method available.

 Your final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase 

Orders containing multiple items may have a different shipping cost depending on the products and fulfilment arrangements.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

tracking updates may take sometime to appear after dispatch. you can use the tracking number provided to monitor your parcel's progress.

If you have not received your shipping confirmation, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.

Shipping Destination 

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.

international shipping availability depends n the destination and the products ordered. If your country is not available at checkout, we may not currently be able to ship to that location.

Delays and Unexpected circumstances 

While we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control including:

• customs clearance and border checks 
• severe weather conditions 
• public holidays and peak-season demand
• courier or transport disruptions
• incorrect or incomplete delivery information   

We appreciate your patients if your order experiences an unexpected delay.                                   

Incorrect shipping information 

Please ensure that your shipping address, postcode, email address and contact number are correct when placing your order

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected details 

We can't guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered production or been dispatched. If a parcel is returned because of incorrect or incomplete details additions shipping charges may apple before is can be sent again

Lost, Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived withing the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with our fulfilment partner. 

If your order arrives damaged or defective please contact us as soon as possible and include:

For faster investigation, the manufacturer recommends submitting damage, defect and lost parcel claims within 7 days of delivery or the estimated delivery date, as applicable 

Customs & import charges 

international orders may be subjected to customs duties, taxes or other import charges depending on the destination and applicable regulations.

The manufacture states that its shipping model generally uses Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) but charges may still apply in certain destinations or circumstances. Any applicable charges will depend on local requirements
